4 golden rules for your legs

 1) Use a regular stockings or tights: their constant massage is a valuable aid for the legs.

 2) As soon as you can, when you lie down on the couch or on the bed, put a pillow under your legs to keep them raised, it is a great way to promote circulation.

 3) Take baths with water and salt in warm water: they are useful to eliminate the swelling.

 4) Do some simple exercise gym every morning for 10 minutes a day will start better.

Our legs bear the weight of the body throughout the day, they bend over and over again when we work at home, bring us around, if they are patient hours when you sit at a desk, running to catch the bus, the train, are standing whole days, if the job requires it. Well, have a great responsibility and are always busy. It's up to us to take care of them. And there are so many little habits that help keep them fit and vital.
